I am a fashion historian, curator, and writer inspired by the ways clothing shapes identity and gives form to imagination. Fashion, to me, is both archive and language, an ever-changing medium through which people express power, belonging, and transformation.
My work spans the fields of fashion and retail in New York, photography, gender and performance, and museum practice. I have curated exhibitions and co-created the award-winning documentary Mrs. G., which traces the story of the luxury swimwear brand Gottex and its visionary founder. As a PhD Candidate in History at New York University, I study the vibrant world of community-organized fashion shows in the 20th century US.
